Armenia: Import duties on beer have been cut of to meet European levels

The Armenian government has ratified the cut of import duties on beer lining it up to some European countries’ levels along with the cut of excise duties on domestic origin beer, The Russian Brewers Union released October 27.

Russia is the main beer importer in Armenia. Other importers are Germany, Netherlands, and Czech Republic. The average beer price ranks between US$1.3-1.5
