Baltika Brewery to build a malthouse in Southern Russia

Baltika plans to build a maltplant in the Rostov region. Most of the capacity will be used by the local brewery Baltika-Don, which is 81% Baltika-held. The own malt production is likely to reduce malt imports, and enable them to gain a bigger market share.
