A new joint venture settled by South African Breweries (SAB) and Castel Group (CG). In order to improve their position in the South Africa beverage markets, SAB ans CG decides to join their forces. SAB will have a stake of 20% in CG beer division. CG and CBB will buy 38% of SAB’s African division. The alliance makes sense in the case against the partner’s geographical investments.
