The malt and malting barley department of Toepfer will merge with Cerecom.
Toepfer announced today: the malt and malting barley department of Toepfer will merge with Cerecom. Cerecom is owned 100 % by Toepfer. The managment of Cerecom will be 2 managing directors, Henning Lütje and Jean-Claude Girard. The official CEO is Mr. Speck who is also on the board of Toepfer. Business will be done in the name of both companies, but they will sit together and work as one team.
