Heineken has increased its stake from 50% to 95% in the Belgian abbey brewery Affigem.
Heineken has increased its stake from 50% to 95% in the Belgian abbey brewery Affigem.The other 5% of the company are hold by De Smedt family (former owner). Heineken plans to increase brewer’s capacity from 70,000 hl of beer to 120,000 hl.
