E-Malt.com News article: USA: Heineken-not certain can pass on price rises in US

Dutch brewer Heineken NV said it was not yet certain about passing on higher raw material costs in the United States in 2008, where it had to act with caution as it was not market leader, Reuters reported February 20.

Heineken added however that it would be able to pass on an estimated 15 percent increase in raw materials in 2008 to customers in most of its markets.
