The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Baltika Breweries passed a resolution terminating the powers of the former Board of Directors and elected new members, the company’s official site published on August 14.
The decision resulted from changes in the brewer’s shareholders’ structure.
The members of the new Board of Directors are as follows:
Anton Artemiev President, Baltika Breweries. Senior Vice President Eastern Europe, Carlsberg Breweries A/S
Alexander Izosimov (independent director) General Director, Vympelcom OJSC
Alexander Ikonnikov (independent director) General Director, Board Solutions CJSC
Hans Kasper Medsen Senior Vice President, Carlsberg Breweries A/S
Jørgen Buhl Rasmussen President, Carlsberg Breweries A/S
Bjørn Søndenskov Vice President, Carlsberg Breweries A/S.
Alexander Shokhin (independent director) President, the Russian Employers' Association «The Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs».
