Molson Coors Brewing Company declared on November, 14 a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.20 per share, payable on December 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on November 28, 2008.

The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class A and Class B common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company, as well as to holders of Class A and Class B exchangeable shares of Molson Coors Canada Inc, the brewer informed.
