China Resources Enterprise, Limited announced on January, 16 the appointment of Mr. Chen Lang, previously the Vice President, as an Executive Director and the new Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Chen Lang succeeds Mr. Chen Shulin, Mark who will assume new responsibilities at China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited.

China Resources Enterprise, Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company focuses on the consumer businesses in both the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong, with core activities being retail, beverage, food processing and distribution, textile and property investment.
