| E-Malt.com News article: United Kingdom: InBev signs a deal on distributing its beers in Northern Ireland
InBev has signed a three-year deal with logistics firm Tradeteam to distribute its brands in Northern Ireland, The Morning Advertiser reported on February, 11.
The deal will create 70 jobs and follows a successful six-year partnership between the two elsewhere in the UK.
Tradeteam will be responsible for stock management, storage and distribution of kegs, cans and bottles.
Tradeteam account director Simon Gallimore said: “We are delighted that following our long standing strategic partnership in the UK we have been appointed to expand our current offering to InBev.
“It is clear our ability to offer a complete and high quality logistics solution coupled with our experience and proven track record has resulted in us becoming their number one trusted delivery partner.”
Inbev’s operations director Paul Joyner added: “Tradeteam continue to be our distribution partner in UK & we are pleased to further develop our relationship with Tradeteam in Ireland. We have been delighted by the speed at which the project has progressed."
