US Brewers Association recently published its Breweries Per Capita 2008 list.

According to the Association, Vermont holds the distinction of having more breweries per person than any other state.

The top ten list is as follows:

Vermont
Montana
Oregon
Maine
Colorado
Alaska
Wyoming
Washington
Delaware
Wisconsin

The state of Mississippi with its only brewery is at the bottom of the list.
