E-Malt.com News article: Laos: Asia Pacific Breweries names new head for its Laos operations

Asia Pacific Breweries Ltd (APB) announced on July, 9 that Mr Ronnie Teo will assume the position of General Manager of Lao Asia Pacific Breweries Limited (LAPB) from 13 July 2009.

As the General Manager of LAPB, Mr Teo will be responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational matters such as sales and commercial activities of the company’s beer brands, technical and business development.

Mr Teo joined APB in 1994. During his first 12 years with the brewery Group, Mr Teo was instrumental in the successful sales and marketing of APB’s beer brands including Heineken and Tiger in Singapore and China. He was also responsible for the launch of new products such as Baron’s Strong Brew in Singapore; and Tiger Crystal in China and Thailand.
