Namibia Breweries Limited, which trades on the Namibian Stock Exchange, said in a trading statement on September 14th that its earnings and headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 June 2009 are expected to be 15% to 25% higher than the earnings per share for the year ended 30 June 2008, according to Namibia Economist.

“As the above information is still in the process of being reviewed by the company’s auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until publication of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2009. These results are expected to be published towards the end of September 2009,” it said.
