The third largest German brewery, Radeberger Gruppe AG, intends to acquire the Allgaeuer Sailer Braeu brewery, according to German press. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Allgaeuer Sailer Braeu has registered sales of EUR 18 million last year, with total volumes of 150 million hectolitres. The company's flagship brand is Altenmuenster Bier.
