Unofficial national brewer production indicates an decrease of -3.4% in taxable removals of 14,450,000 barrels in October 2009 compared to 14,960,000 barrels in October 2008, US Beer Institute communicated.

The State-by-State Beer Shipments Estimate for October 2009 decreased -5.0% from October 2008 to 16.583 mln barrels.
