E-Malt.com News article: Colombia: SABMiller’s subsidiary launches Miller Genuine Draft in the super premium segment

Colombia’s brewer Bavaria announced on July, 23 the launch of the second super premium global brand of SABMiller’s portfolio offered in the Colombian market, after the introduction of the Italian brand Peroni in 2006.

Miller Genuine Draft - commonly known as MGD – in a 355 ml. black labeled flint bottle will be directly imported to Colombia and initially introduced at premium bars and discos in Bogotá. In the upcoming months, it will be gradually introduced in Barranquilla, Medellín, Cartagena and Cali, SABMiller’s local subsidiary said.
