The UK brewing giant, Scottish & Newcastle, announced the pending resignation of one of its non-executive directors. Frank Riboud will stand down on 27 November, the date of the next board meeting. Riboud joined the board of S&N in July 2000. He is also CEO of Groupe Danone SA.
