Big Rock Brewery Inc. announced on July, 14 that Dwayne Dubois has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 31, 2011.
"Dwayne's contributions have been significant during his time with the brewery," said Big Rock's President Bill McKenzie. "In his two years here, Dwayne oversaw all of the company's financial matters but was also instrumental in guiding Big Rock through its income tax conversion which was finalized in January."
Dubois came to Big Rock in September of 2009 after serving in various senior positions with both public and private companies including his role as Vice-President, Finance at Enmax Corporation.
"Working at Big Rock has been a rewarding experience, and I have gained valuable knowledge and developed great relationships with my team, the Executive, and the Board," said Dubois. "I would like to thank everyone at the brewery for their support over the past two years and I wish Big Rock and its employees continued success in the future."
