| E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Brick Brewery hints of a new seasonal beer
While full details haven’t been released, Brick Brewery gave its Twitter followers a sneak peek at its next seasonal release last week by posting an image of the can, Canadian Beer News reported on August, 22.
Following on this summer’s Waterloo Radlermass, the upcoming Waterloo Amber is described in the tweet as a “Winter Warmer”, and on the can as a “Strong Beer”. The alcohol percentage is obscured by the “Coming Soon” label, but there is a number 6 visible, suggesting that it’s at least 6% abv.
More interestingly, the logo on the can features the text “Premium Whisky”, which may indicate the beer is barrel-aged, something that would be a first for Brick should it prove to be the case.
