| E-Malt.com News article: USA, ID: Ketchum brewery closer to the planned opening
Nearly a year in the making, a local brewery in Ketchum is one step closer to a grand opening following a permit approval from the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, Idaho Mountain Express reported on September, 1.
The federal thumbs up allow owners of Sawtooth Brewery to begin beer production at their site on North Main Street in Ketchum. Kevin Jones, business manager, and Paul Holle, head brewer, also can begin planning taproom facilities, which they hope to open in October, one month ahead of schedule.
