St. Louis is about to see the opening of its third craft brewery in as many months. Kevin Lemp, president of 4 Hands Brewing Co., says he is planning to open his doors for a soft opening at 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, Stltoday.com reported on October, 27.
4 Hands will be pouring five of its beers made by brewmaster Will Johnston: Reprise Centennial Red, Cast Iron Oatmeal Brown Ale, Excess Rye Wine, Bona Fide Imperial Espresso Stout and Copia Fresh-Hop Saison.
After the 11th, 4 Hands will close for about a week before reopening for good. Its regular hours will be 3-11 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
It will be the third new brewery to open in St. Louis this fall. The Civil Life Brewing Co. and Perennial Artisan Ales started brewing and pouring in September.
