Due South Brewing will open its brewery and start brewing the craft beer near Boynton Beach by March 2012, The Drinks Business Review reported on February, 9.

The brewery will hold an area of 15,000ft² among which 1,000ft² will be used by bar.

Due South Brewing will be brewing Caramel beer, Roasted Cocoa Stout and Category Three IPA. Customers will be able to grab a gallon of Caramel beer for $20.

Due South Brewing owner Mike Halker said the company hopes to start bottling the beer by the summer to sell in select stores all around the county and beyond.
