| E-Malt.com News article: USA, CA: Triple Voodoo Brewing launches Witopia
San Francisco’s Triple Voodoo Brewing has launched Witopia, a new Belgian Witbier, Shanken News Daily reported on October, 23.
Brewed with wheat and spiced with coriander, orange peel and ginger, the 5.5%-abv offering will be available on draft before the end of the month and in 22-ounce bottles by the end of November.
Witopia follows Triple Voodoo’s recent launch of Grand Cru (9% abv), its first barrel-aged offering. Matured in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for three months, Grand Cru will soon be joined by a barrel-aged version of the brewer’s flagship Inception Belgian Triple, rolling out in limited quantities next month.
Triple Voodoo’s offerings - which also include a pair of seasonal brews - are currently distributed throughout the state of California.
