CB Brewing Company’s Cassie is the newest addition to the brewery’s Signature Series portfolio, beerpulse.com reported on March, 25.

CB Signature Series are limited edition beers. Cassie is a Belgian-Style Black Currant Ale.

In keeping with the tradition of centuries old European brewing, the company decided to blend the Cassis juice with a Belgian style wheat beer.

The product will be available in draught and 22oz bottles April 5, 2013 in bars, restaurants and supermarket chains throughout WNY. Cassie will also be available at CB Brewing Company for growler fills.

CB’s Brewing Company product portfolio consists of its year-round brands, Caged Alpha Monkey IPA, MacBubba Scotch Ale, Canandaigua Lake Ale, Double Dark Cream Porter and EPA.
