The Celtic Knot Brewing is about to open in the town of Riverview, New Brunswick, just south of Moncton, Canadian Beer News reported on June, 20.
Celtic Knot Brewing is being started by veteran home brewer Bruce Barton, who is taking a similar approach to Patrice Godin of Acadie-Broue and operating as a small nanobrewery out of his home. He will be brewing in 90 litre batches that will be released in kegs only, and will initially be available exclusively at Marky’s Laundromat in Moncton.
Celtic Knot will launch with two main brands – Not Joe Average Pale and Hopicide IPA, with one-offs and seasonals planned for the future.
The public debut of Celtic Knot will take place this coming Sunday June, 23rd at 3:00 PM at Marky’s Laundromat, Riverview, New Brunswick.
