Pacific Western Brewing has introduced a new brewing system and beer drinkers stand to benefit as a result, HQ Prince George reported on August, 22.

Pacific Western Brewing's production development manager Paul Mulgrew said it will lead to new leading edge recipes, one-off beers and seasonal releases all to the benefit of consumers.

"I think they can expect just a higher quality of product across the board but also a broader experience of what beer potential is."

Brewmaster Henryk Orlik admits the improvements will help PWB stay competitive.

Orlik says the new brewing system is one of many upgrades at PWB recently including the addition of two outdoor fermenters.
