Muskoka Brewery has announced the release of an exclusive limited edition version of its popular winter seasonal, Canadian Beer News reported on September 24.

Winter Jack Barrel Aged is a variation of the 2011 vintage of Winter Beard Double Chocolate Cranberry Stout that has been aged in Tennessee Whiskey barrels.

Winter Jack is available now in individual 355 ml bottles at the Muskoka Brewery store in Bracebridge, and it will be available at select licensees in October. The 2013 edition of the regular Winter Beard will be released in November throughout Ontario.
