San Diego’s Karl Strauss Brewing is bringing back its Oktoberfest seasonal, increasing production 20% this year to meet demand, Shanken News Daily reported on September 30.
The beer will be available in six-packs and on draft across California while supplies last.
Last year Karl Strauss added two 240-barrel fermenters and two 120-barrel tanks to its facilities, in order to keep up with its growing reach throughout California. Earlier this year, the company reported that it was on track to surpass 60,000 barrels in 2013.
