Brick Brewing, a Canada-based publicly held brewery, has signed a licensing agreement with Blue Spike Beverages for its Seagram Cooler brand, Beer.drinks-business-review.com reported on 30 January.

As part of the deal, both firms will work to expand the production and distribution of Seagram Cooler products into the Quebec market.

Brick Brewing president and CEO George Croft said that they have partnered with Blue Spike to launch and grow the Seagram Cooler brand in Quebec.

"This long-term agreement will enable us to launch Seagram Coolers into the Quebec market this coming year," Croft added.

Blue Spike Beverages president Nicolas Gagnon-Oosterwaal said: "This licensing and distribution agreement is a validation of our team's ability to develop and commercialize breakthrough products and we're looking forward to working with Brick Brewing to develop new Seagram Cooler products for the Quebec market."
