British Columbia’s craft brewing community is growing once again, with the imminent opening of Bad Tattoo Brewing in the Okanagan Valley city of Penticton, Canadian Beer News reported on July 9.

The new brewery – which features a tasting room, retail store and pizzeria – will be opening to the public on Saturday July 12th, and will launch with four core brands: Los Muertos Cerveza Negra (“malt forward, crisp, medium-dark lager”), West Coast IPA (“aromas of grapefruit and pine forests, crisp hop bite, and lingering finish”), Full Sleeve Strong Stout (“rich and creamy with a little sweetness left in”), and ACP (“smooth and sessionable, touched with old world hops and crystal malts”). Up to 8 seasonal beers will be added to the line-up starting in the fall.
