| E-Malt.com News article: Canada, BC: Rossland Beer Company on the verge to be launched as full commercial brewery
A former U-Brew operation in the small British Columbia city of Rossland is on the verge of being relaunched as full commercial brewery, Canadian Beer News reported on July 10.
Rossland Beer Company was founded by Petri Raito and Ryan Arnaud in 2012 as Trail Brewing in the nearby town of Trail, and then moved to Rossland and renamed last summer. The company ceased offering U-Brew services in late 2013, and after months of renovations and red tape, it’s preparing to officially re-open in its new form.
Kegs of Rossland’s flagship brands – including Paydirt Pale Ale – will be sent out soon to several local establishments, and the retail store and tasting room at the brewery is set to open later this month, with growlers, bottles and kegs available for take home sales, and pints and samples to enjoy on site.
