| E-Malt.com News article: USA, CO: Declaraton Brewing to open in Denver in October
Dreams are becoming reality for the four guys behind Denver's Declaration Brewing, as their first brewery and tap room is set to open its doors in October. With this south Denver location near the Platte River at 2030 S. Cherokee St., the four partners hope to take their home brewing operation to the big leagues, The Denver Eater reported on July 29.
The brew house will operate a 20 bbl fully automated brewing system with ample fermentation volume and areas for barrel storage. Guests will be able to enjoy a pint (or several) in the nearly 2,000 square-foot tap room. In addition, the location will also feature a large outdoor beer garden with fixed food truck parking, a band shell, and room for lawn games.
With seven beers already planned (including IPAs and wheat beers), Declaration Brewing hopes to begin distribution as soon as they open for commercial operation. They intend to market their beers at restaurants, tap rooms, and liquor stores throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain area. Eventually, beer-lovers will be able to locate their favorite Declaration brews using the online Beer Beacon.
