| E-Malt.com News article: USA, IL: Baderbräu Brewing Company to open in Chicago this summer
Founded by longtime home brewer Rob Sama, Baderbräu Brewing Company continues to evolve and expand its name in the Chicagoland area, examiner.com reported on January 11.
Baderbräu Brewing Company plans to open a brewery and taproom in the South Loop neighborhood this summer. Located at 2515 South Wabash, the facility will feature a 4,000 square foot taproom, plus retail space. The brewery will feature a 20HL mash filter system, the first of its kind in the Chicagoland area.
Baderbräu was revived in 2012 by Rob Sama, an avid homebrewer, who brought back the original Chicago Pilsener popular in the 1990’s and has since created seasonal varietals like Red Velvet, Oktoberfest, Lawnmower Lager and Naked Selfie, a black IPL.
