| E-Malt.com News article: USA, MT: Lolo Peak Brewing Co. to open brewpub Missoula
The owners of Lolo Peak Brewing Co. will build an 8,000-square-foot, two-story brewpub and restaurant in the heart of Missoula at the Old Sawmill District, close to Ogren Allegiance Park and the Clark Fork River, The Missoulian reported on June 23.
“Nearly everything is set in place, except for the investors,” said Patrick Offen, who co-owns Lolo Peak with Al Zepeda. “We do have some investors interested. Once we get them on board, we will literally be able to start being able to break ground this fall.”
The brewery will be just north of Wyoming Street and the new Polleys Square condominium development that breaks ground on June 23, between the sidewalk and the creek in Silver Park, Lolo.
The building will be reminiscent of the spacious, sunlit Lolo location.
“There really isn’t a building like it in Missoula right now,” Offen said. “It’s a really open, rustic, Montana-Western atmosphere.“
