Roanoke Railhouse Brewing Company is now for sale, wsls10.com reported on January 8.

The founder Steve Davidson said he accomplished his biggest goals.

Davidson said there is no price tag on the brewery and will discuss that with potential buyers.

“We have a fully capable brewing operation and appropriate amounts of cold storage, plus our Franklin Road Taproom,” said Davidson in a statement. “But a new brewer will want our licensing and our signature recipes.”

Roanoke Railhouse Brewing Co. has federal and state licensing.

The brewery opened in 2009 and is Roanoke’s oldest brewery.
