Metal Monkey Brewing will officially open to the public on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 11 a.m. at 515 Anderson #900 in Romeoville, The Bugle reported.

With more than a decade of brewing experience, Metal Monkey Brewing offers a unique craft beer experience that has already received numerous awards. Metal Monkey is known to use locally sourced ingredients in all small-batch, hand-crafted brews.

Metal Monkey will serve limited amounts of beer in the tasting room and patrons will be allowed to purchase growlers for off-site consumption.

The grand opening will be held from 11 a.m. to 11.p.m. Calihan catering will be providing appetizers and finger foods in the beginning of the day and the Chicago Pizza Boss food truck will be onsite beginning at 2 p.m.

The following will be on tap for the grand opening: Fantasy Bowling League – a lemon drop hopped Kolsch; Bikini Bottom – pineapple gose; Simian Fever – hibiscus wheat; Monkey Knife Fight – Amarillo pale ale; Tony’s Car – double IPA; and Fonkey Mucker – chocolate peanut butter Russian imperial stout.
