Canada: CWB barley crop forecast for the beginning of July was 12 million tonnes for the Prairie provinces, and 13 million tonnes for all of Canada. However, moisture reserves in the West are still insufficient. Exports were 1,36 million tonnes in August/April including 500,000 tonnes to Saudi-Arabia, 246,000 tonnes to China and only 240,000 tonnes to the U.S.
