In light of Karbach Brewing’s recent acquisition by Anheuser-Busch-InBev, plenty of Houstonians are looking for a new independently-owned local brewery. Fortunately, Holler Brewing Company has arrived just in time, Eater Houston reported on November 11.

A post to Holler Brewing Company’s Facebook page indicates that the brewery at 2206 Edwards quietly opened the doors on November 10 for its first soft-opening weekend. There is no word on whether or not Holler Brewing is ready to be open full-time just yet.
