E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Contract brewery Red Thread Brewing sets opening date on January 26

A new contact brewery based out of Toronto has announced that it will be holding its launch event next week at a craft beer restaurant north of the city, Canadian Beer News reported on January 17.

As reported by Ontario Beverage Network, Red Thread Brewing has been founded by sommelier Carl Milroy and chef Ken Boyd.

After pouring samples at a few select events over the last couple of months, the duo is presenting the official debut of Red Thread on Thursday January 26th at Hungry Brew Hops in Newmarket.

Four beers will be on offer, including the flagship Make Tracks Craft Lager, as well as “lactose orange stout, saison, and expresso-infused red ale.”
