A new brewpub headed for Boston’s Fenway neighborhood is on track to open later this month, Eater Boston reports.

Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co. will bring beer, a street food-inspired menu, and games to 3 Landsdowne St., making its debut towards the end of August and celebrating with a grand opening in September.

Cheeky Monkey has already begun installation of its brewing equipment and is now hiring staff. The restaurant’s beers will change throughout the year and will include IPAs, double IPAs, pale ales, and wheat beers. The food menu is still under development, but will include street food-style dishes that draw inspiration from places like Thailand and Malaysia.

In addition to food and beer, the brewpub will have a selection of games, including ping pong, shuffleboard, and billiards. Cheeky Monkey took over the former Tequila Rain space, just down the road from Boston Beer Works.
