A new establishment that promises to offer “the best small batch brewery and Southern style barbecue” is now open in Calgary’s Manchester Industrial Park, Canadian Beer News reported on December 12.

Paddy’s Barbecue & Brewery has been launched by the owners of Sorrenti’s Catering, and is offering a menu of barbecue favourites including brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey breast, and smoked chicken wings, along with various side dishes.

House beers brewed on a custom built 5 hectolitre brewhouse are available on tap and in growlers, with the selection including Multigrain Pale Ale, Pilsner, Black Lager, IPA, Vienna Lager, Stout, ISA, and Dry Hopped English Bitter.

Paddy’s is located at 3610 Burnsland Road SE in Calgary, and is open Thursday to Sunday.
