E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Kinkardine’s Grey Matter Brewing to open its doors on April 26

A brewery that has been in the works for almost two years has announced that it will be opening later this month in Kincardine, a small community on the shore of Lake Huron in Ontario, Canadian Beer News reported on April 5.

Grey Matter Brewing has been founded by Michael Hueftlein, a brewmaster with past experience at several breweries including Neustadt Springs. His plans to open Grey Matter were reported by the Kincardine News in the summer of 2016, and work on the brewery has been progressing since then.

As noted in a Facebook post published on April 4, Grey Matter will be launching on Thursday April 26th. Previous posts noted two beers – Checkmate Helles Lager and Mission to Mars American Pale Ale – that are planned to be available on opening day.

Grey Matter Brewing is located at 726 Queen Street in downtown Kincardine.
