Dratz Brewing Co. has set its grand opening weekend celebration for July 27-28, the Loveland Reporter-Herald said on July 21.

The craft brewery at 965 E. 11th St. in Loveland had its soft opening at 4 p.m. on Friday, June 20.

The brewery, owned by Kerry and Evalyn Rose Drake, features American, German and Belgian-style ales and lagers named after ancestors of Kerry Drake.

The celebration starts at noon July 27. The El Sabor Rico food truck will be serving Mexican food starting at 3 p.m., and Devin Baize will sing and play the guitar from 6 to 8 p.m.

On July 28, NoCo Q will be the guest food truck, and a stand-up comedy night provided by 970 Comedy will start at 6 p.m.

Also on July 28, the brewery will offer its Limited Edition RAW Pineapple and Rosemary Saison, a "raw" farmhouse-style ale made without boiling the wort.

The brewery's taproom will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
