Guardian Brewing Co. will host a grand opening celebration on Friday, Jan. 11, according to owner Kim Collins, HollandSentinel.com reports.

Over the past year, big changes have come to Saugatuck’s famous Red Barn at 3657 63rd St. The historic building, once a community theater, has been converted into a restaurant, brewery and event center.

The business held a soft opening on Friday, Dec. 21, and is currently open Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m. The tap list currently includes ten beers. Customers can also choose from six white wines, four red wines and cocktails.

Food offerings at the restaurant include loaded nachos, stuffed piquillo peppers, salads, soups, paninis, hot dogs and chocolate chip cookies.
