E-Malt.com News article: USA, CO: Court dismisses Fate Brewing Co.’s bankruptcy case

Fate Restaurants, LLC’s motion in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver to dismiss its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was approved by Judge Thomas McNamara, The Denver Post reported on June 5.

The company, which does business as Fate Brewing Co., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in November. It was working to reorganize itself financially, but failed to do so. It filed for dismissal of the case last month.

Fate shut down Boulder operations May 27 after posting a farewell message on its website.
