Cincinnati's first minority-owned brewery, which aims to elevate the craft beer experience to something akin to visiting a winery or distillery, has set an opening date for its Walnut Hills taproom, WKRC TV Cincinnati reported on August 27.

Esoteric Brewing, inside of Model Group's $20 million Paramount Square development at 918 East McMillian St., will open its doors to the public on Sept. 1, with a grand opening celebration to be held over Labor Day weekend.
