COhatch Beachwood and North High Brewing Co. will officially open a shared space at Beachwood Mall on Thursday, March 10, Cleveland.com reported.

The shared work-social space and adjacent brewery will be open 1 to 7 p.m. with ribbon cutting at 3 p.m. The St. Patrick’s Day-themed party will include live music, activities, food and drink.

COhatch, founded in 2016, offers work, social and family space in 30 locations throughout the country. The Beachwood space is the company’s largest project to date at more than 33,000 square feet, covering 60 private offices, meeting and event spaces, a sports simulator, podcast room, game room and more.

The co-working space operator joined forces with real-estate company Brookfield Properties to turn the two-story Cedar Road space into offices and workspace for companies. The site formerly was Maggiano’s Little Italy and H&M.

COhatch is attached to North High’s latest restaurant and bar, where the brewery’s seltzers will be made.

North High Brewing was founded in Columbus in 2011 and has multiple locations in Ohio including Columbus, Cincinnati and also Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood.

COhatch Beachwood and North High will be located at 26300 Cedar Road, Beachwood.
