Mellow Mink Brewing, located at 4830 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, has announced it will permanently close by the end of August. The brewery, established in 2018 by Cole Taylor and Matt Miller, revealed the closure through a Facebook post on July 2.

Known for a diverse beer lineup, including Cloud Cobra IPA and Saison de Mink, along with unique offerings like Blueberry Pancake Stout and Strawberry Banana Berliner Weisse, Mellow Mink also produced hard sodas and offered house-made cocktails and locally sourced hard ciders. The brewery plans to release several small batch and full-scale blends in the coming weeks as it winds down operations.
