Anheuser-Busch and the National Basketball Association (NBA) announced on December 10 a multi-year extension of their global marketing partnership. The agreement includes partnerships with the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) and the National Basketball Development League (NBDL).

Additionally, Budweiser maintains its partnership with the NBDL, the NBA's minor league based in the southeastern U.S., currently in its second season.

"We're excited about Budweiser's continued relationship with one of the top sports properties in the world - the NBA," said Tony Ponturo, vice president, global media and sports marketing, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. "As the NBA has become a more global game, our partnership has been increasingly successful in helping the growth of our international business.
