 | E-Malt.com News article: USA, OH: DankHouse Brewing Company bringing its beers to Columbus
A beloved Licking County brewery is making its move into the capital city. Newark-based DankHouse Brewing Company is bringing its bold IPAs and fruited sours to Columbus, The Columbus Dispatch reported on November 17.
DankHouse Industries will open its second location in the Old Towne East neighborhood. The husband-and-wife team of Josh and Heather Lange teased the announcement in a Nov. 15 Instagram reel, two days before their 8th anniversary.
The reel also mentions Square Roots Restaurant Group — the team behind the popular Shakedown concept — suggesting the food service component will be a critical part of the new venue.
The post hints at 901 Oak St. as the likely site for the new location.
Founded in 2017 at 161 Forry St., in Newark, DankHouse is known for pairing craft beer with live music and laid-back games.
